Refund and Returns Policy

At Viewmax Natri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your computer monitor purchase, we offer the following return and refund options:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@viewmaxnatri.net or call (262) 642-3623 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without tracking.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned product.
  • Products must be returned in original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you must return the original item and place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Customized or special order products.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods.
  • Gift cards.
